Our fundraising dress sales

What does Operation Glass Slipper do with donations that are not suitable for prom?

Several times throughout the year, Operation Glass Slipper holds fundraising dress sales that are open to the public. Proceeds from these sales are used to cover out-of-pocket expenses and to purchase items that are not donated in sufficient quantities, such as shoes, purses, jewelry, and prom dresses in the very smallest and very largest sizes.

Who can come to the sales?

Anyone! Sales are open to the public and we encourage you to bring a friend or neighbor!

Do I need a referral form to come to the sale?
No. The only Operation Glass Slipper event that you need a referral form for is the annual Princess Event in March. At that event we provide prom wear to girls in need, and clothing is provided free of charge. A girl must have a signed referral form for the Princess Event.

If you would like to be added to our email list to receive notifications of upcoming sales, please email us at info@operationglassslipper.org.

Do you take used wedding dresses and give them to women as wedding dresses or do you convert them into prom dresses?

They sell them at the sale, its where I bought my wedding dress! Worth every penny I was so thankful.
